What we eat has a vibration too! If it’s closest to the earth, it’s closest to our highest vibration. After all, we are a part of the earth.
Fake foods encourage the production of chemicals
Did you know that you have a direct impact on the earth by your food choices? Think about it. Fake foods encourage the production of chemicals, which end up in the air, water and soil. Whereas, eating as close to the land as possible reduces the harmful agents and gives the organic farmers a reason to keep farming. The waste from whole foods is biodegradable and actually feeds the soil. How exciting is that!
This type of energy healing requires discipline and courage. It is highly recommended that you work with a trained practitioner in the beginning. Mostly because the process of diving into what we eat stimulates the energy of emotion and is almost always accompanied by a great deal of resistance and can be very unsettling.
What are lower frequency foods?
Lower frequency foods include anything that has been stripped of its nutrients and/or had chemicals added to it. In other words, processed fake foods.This includes added sugar, white rice, white flour, and almost any food that you find in a box. Fake foods are not recognized by the body and cannot be properly assimilated. Instead of going through our digestive tract with ease, they are first sent to the liver to be purified. This taxes the liver enormously.
Low vibration foods are often addictive. We can’t stop eating them because of the addiction response being triggered. We continue to buy them because the box it’s packaged in states that it’s healthy and natural. The packaging is meant to mislead you to sell more products. Read the actual ingredients carefully. We are being fooled into buying chemical laden foods. That being said there are some foods that are packaged today that are true to their whole and natural form. For instance sprouted grain breads, such as the brand Ezekiel, have combined whole grains and seeds to make bread.
In working with my clients, we introduce whole foods a little at a time which naturally improves stable and lasting energy levels, improves health and leads to effortless weight loss. Pretty soon it becomes natural to gravitate towards those foods.
Shifting habits through intuitive eating
Next, we offer practices that bring the light of awareness into how you eat. We call this conscious or intuitive eating. It’s almost a meditative approach. Learning to slow down, smell, taste, chew, and savor your meal with gratitude and reverence goes a long way into raising energetic vibration and empowering you towards the life you were meant to live. Intuitive, conscious eating is not a fad. It is a liberating lifestyle choice.
